Fel vid mätning
Under konsultationen så erbjuder vi professionell rådgivning om hur du som kund går till väga för att mäta dina fönster på ett korrekt sätt. Eftersom vi inte är på plats och själva mäter, kan vi dock aldrig garantera att måtten blir rätt. En reklamation på produkter som visar sig bero på att du som kund själv mätt fel/angett fel mått vid beställning, kommer därför inte att godkännas.
Konsultationstid och avbokning
En digital konsultation tar ca 30 minuter. Vår målsättning är alltid att hinna hjälpa dig med alla dina frågor under en konsultation. Har du dock ett stort projekt med många fönster kan du behöva boka flera konsultationer. Känner du dig osäker på hur lång tid du behöver boka är du välkommen att kontakta oss innan bokning. Om du vill avboka din tid så uppskattar vi att du hör av dig till oss senast 3 timmar innan bokad konsultation.

Handling of Personal Data
To provide the service above, we are required to handle some of your personal information. Incorrect Measurements
During our consultations we offer professional advice on what you as a customer should do to measure your windows and walls correctly. Due to the fact that we are not on site and can measure ourselves, we can never guarantee that your measurements will be correct. We can, therefore, never accept a claim on a product where the reason for the claim turns out to be incorrect measurements taken and supplied by the customer.
Consultation Time and Cancellations
A digital consultation takes approximately 30 minutes. Our goal is always to assist you with all your questions during a consultation. However, if you have a large project with many windows, you may need to book multiple consultations. If you are unsure how much time you need to book, you are welcome to contact us before booking. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we appreciate you contacting us at least 3 hours before the scheduled consultation.
